GEYER VALMONT has successfully transformed a contemporary Melbourne workplace for Costa, a leading player in the agribusiness sector. This space is a reflection of Costa’s people-first culture, seamlessly integrating modern, flexible environments that inspire creativity and enhance productivity.
Maximising Architectural Potential
The workplace design capitalises on the unique architectural features of the Docklands building, as well as its waterside location. The exterior of 818 Bourke Street features full-height windows, a central atrium, and a skylight that floods the interior with natural light, connecting visitors with nature.
GEYER VALMONT curated a floorplan for Costa’s team, heavily influenced by these architectural elements. The design ensures that the harbour views and abundant natural light are accessible to all employees and visitors.
