The brief was to curate an arrival and departure experience that felt exclusive, and to provide an unrivalled level of comfort and service, fit for modern, active lifestyles.

A space for wellness

With likeness to a wellness centre, the variety of state-of-the-art amenities, were created, to meet the needs of contemporary commuters. With secure bike lockers and bike racks, the inclusive design maximises functionality and ensures that users of all fitness levels feel supported and valued.

The strategic planning involved in this refurbishment was crucial, especially considering the live environment of the building. The GEYER VALMONT team carefully programmed the works to guarantee business continuity for tenants, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

Overall, the premium aesthetic and thoughtful design elements have elevated the market appeal of the asset, in supporting the aspirational lifestyles of its occupiers.
