GEYER VALMONT designed HSBC’s Asia Pacific concept branch in Singapore to elevate its marketplace presence and leadership in the region. Leveraging a concept developed by GEYER VALMONT for HSBC in Australia, the project involved a strategically-led design approach and the creation of a contemporary, customer-driven experience that focusses on providing high levels of customer confidence and comfort.
GEYER VALMONT developed an optimal customer experience by refining customer touchpoints and resolving operational and functional requirements for staff, ensuring they could deliver a seamless and bespoke experience for customers.
By integrating digital tools with the physical environment, staff were enabled to be untethered to their desks and more responsive to each customers’ need as they vary on each visit. This creates an environment conducive to more trusted and engaging customer relationships along with a strong sense of place and local relevance for customers.
